Fundraiser Bowl for Tony Di Pietro

As many of you already know, our good friend and colleague, Tony Di Pietro was recently diagnosed with Medulloblastoma, a rare and cancerous brain tumor. Since his diagnosis, Tony has been through several surgeries and has begun physical therapy and occupational therapy. In addition he will undergo radiation treatments and chemotherapy during his rehabilitation period. To ease the financial pressure associated with his illness and so Tony and his family can focus their energy on his recovery, we ask that you come out to support Tony and bowl in this fundraising event. Please see all the details below, and please encourage your friends and family to participate!

When: Sunday, May 4, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. (sign-in will be at 12:30)
Where: Rolling Greens Lane's, Scotia NY 12302

5 Bowlers per team: Can be all men, all women or mixed.
Open to all bowlers: men, women, league and non-league

Non-League men use 150 as average
Non-League women use 125 as average
League bowlers use highest 2008 average

Entry fee of $125.00 ($25.00 per bowler)
Handicap scoring (90 of 1000)

Non-cash prizes to be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.
